Return Eligibility
We want you to love your Mejestic Wear purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery ✅ Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed ✅ Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached ✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
❌ The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale or discounted items
Customized or personalized products
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned after the 14-day window
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at majesticwearr01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to stock availability
To request an exchange, contact us at majesticwearr01@gmail.com before returning the item
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free return and full replacement or refund at no cost to you
